Comprehensive Guide Plan
Minnetonka’s new 2030 Comprehensive Guide Plan was approved by the Minnetonka City Council in August 2008. It was then submitted to the Metropolitan Council. The city’s 2030 Comprehensive Plan is scheduled for review by the Metropolitan Council October 28, 2009.
Until that final approval is complete, the previous version of the Comprehensive Guide Plan is presented below in thirteen parts. Please print the Table of Contents (found in Part 1) to assist you with research and with navigating through these documents.
